Every setting
In short
Every setting in VendorDue, by the Settings section it's in, with what it decides and the page that explains it. Your own sections, Account and Security, are yours to change; the shop's sections need an Admin.
Settings has three groups: You, Your shop and VendorDue. Anyone can change their own Account and Security. Everything under Your shop needs an Admin; a Viewer sees the answers but can't change them.

How payouts behave lists five answers that aren't settings, such as Paying part of it: "Allowed. The rest stays on To pay."
Vendors#

Neither archives a vendor with anything earned, held, owed or charged.
Payments#
