Questions
- Does VendorDue pay my vendors?
- No. You pay them your way and record it.
- What if a sale is refunded after its payout landed?
- It comes off that vendor's next payout, as its own line. A payout never changes once it lands.
- Can my vendors see each other's sales?
- No. Each vendor sees only their own.
- What does VendorDue read from my store?
- Orders and products. It can't change either of them.
- What happens if I change a vendor's consignor rate?
- The new rate applies from the moment you save it. Earlier sales keep the rate they were sold under.
- What happens to my data if I uninstall?
- Download a copy from Settings before you uninstall. 48 hours after you uninstall, your store's data is erased.
