What's new

In short

Each change to VendorDue that you or your vendors would notice, newest first, with the docs pages that changed with it.

When something in VendorDue changes the way you'd use it, it's listed here, with the pages that moved with it. Every docs page also says when it was last checked against the app.

  1. 8 October 2026

    Open VendorDue

Inside Shopify, Open VendorDue in the bar across the top opens VendorDue in a new tab, already signed in, on the page you were on. Until you have a password or a passkey, that tab offers Set a password, which opens Security with the password row lit. It replaces Sign in anywhere.

Pages that moved with it: Signing in and two-step

  2. 8 October 2026

The demo store has its own address

The demo store opens at demo.vendordue.com. vendordue.com always opens your own store, even in a browser that has opened the demo.

Pages that moved with it: Try the demo store

  3. 8 October 2026

    Money tab buttons in reach

On a vendor's Money tab, Add sits at the end of Toward their next payout and Add a charge at the end of Charges while those lines are closed, so a new vendor's tab no longer hides them. Links to Settings now open it over the page you are on.

Pages that moved with it: Adjustments and corrections, Charges and bills, A vendor's page

  4. 7 October 2026

    The demo store

vendordue.com/demo opens Juniper Row, a made-up store with three months of sales, payouts and payments, with no install and no sign-in. Explore the demo store sits beside Start free trial on the plan page, and on the VendorDue site.

Pages that moved with it: Try the demo store, Plans, the trial and paused payouts

  5. 7 October 2026

    Sign in anywhere

Inside Shopify, until you have a passkey or a password, the bar across the top offers Sign in anywhere: set a password once and open VendorDue in a tab of its own too. Don't show this again hides it for good.

Pages that moved with it: Signing in and two-step

  6. 7 October 2026

    Shopify's menu inside Shopify

Opened from your Shopify admin, VendorDue uses Shopify's own menu, with Settings at the end, and a bar across the top for search, what you owe and the bell. Settings opened from a link now opens over Overview.

Pages that moved with it: Signing in and two-step

  7. 6 October 2026

Sales and refunds, each its own figure

Overview's headline is what vendors' products sold, with what was refunded and what's left after it on the line below. A day's bar never goes below zero, and a month whose refunds came to more than it sold says so instead of showing a negative share.

Pages that moved with it: Reading Overview

  8. 6 October 2026

    Add an adjustment

Add or take off an amount for one vendor from their Money tab, with a reason they read on the payout that carries it. Remove works again on an opening balance no payout carries.

Pages that moved with it: Adjustments and corrections

  9. 6 October 2026

Payouts land on the day your terms say

A sale whose pay day passed before VendorDue dated it lands at once, marked with the day it was due. A sale that clears later on a pay day lands that day as a payout of its own. An ask that goes by itself lands within the hour. Open until on Upcoming now matches what lands.

Pages that moved with it: How a payout lands, Your first pay day, When a vendor asks to be paid

  10. 6 October 2026

    The docs

Every part of VendorDue explained for the people who use it: setting up, terms, sales, payouts, vendors, your account, and a tab for vendors. Each page says when it was last checked against the app.

Pages that moved with it: What VendorDue is, Fix a problem, Welcome to VendorDue
