# Two plans. Every feature in both.

> Two plans with every feature: Standard at $19 a month for up to 25 vendors, and Unlimited at $49 a month for every vendor. Each starts with a 14-day free trial, and your vendors never pay.

- **Standard**: $19 a month, or $190 a year. Up to 25 vendors.
- **Unlimited**: $49 a month, or $490 a year. Every vendor.

- 14-day free trial.
- Billed by Shopify.
- Free for your vendors.
- Pay yearly: ten months, not twelve.
- No fee per payment.
- Uninstall before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

## Everything in both plans

- **Commission rates**: A share of revenue, listed price or profit, a fixed price per item, tiers, and consignor rates per product, collection or price range.
- **Shop-wide consignor terms**: One rate, schedule, holds and agreement for the whole shop. New vendors start on them.
- **Payout schedules and holds**: Nine schedules, holds until it ships or is delivered, a return window and a minimum payout.
- **Consignor payouts**: Booth rent and fees off the payout, payments recorded or sent with PayPal, receipts and numbered checks.
- **Consignor portal**: Sales, payouts, pay days, receipts and the agreement for every vendor, on any phone.
- **Vendor messages**: Messages pinned to a sale, payout, receipt or rate, with files and replies by email.
- **Automatic emails**: Payouts, receipts, check notices, agreement reminders and a twice-daily note of unread messages.
- **Records and audit trail**: Every rate, refund, adjustment and payment, kept with its date and its reason.
- **Reports and accounting exports**: Margin, vendor and settlement reports, bills for QuickBooks and Xero, payout files for PayPal and Wise, and PDFs.
- **Security**: Read-only access to your store, encrypted details, and sign-in with a passkey or a code.

## Free for every vendor.

Your vendors never pay and never install anything. They sign in with a code sent to their email and see their own sales, payouts and pay days.

## The same month end, twice.

| By hand | On VendorDue |
| --- | --- |
| Export the month's orders | Every sale arrives from Shopify as it happens |
| Sort them by vendor | Each sale already knows its vendor |
| A formula for every deal | Each vendor's consignor rate works out every sale |
| Take off refunds and booth rent | Refunds and charges come off on their own lines |
| Check what shipped and what came back | Holds release on their date |
| Type a payout for each vendor | Payouts land on their day |
| Write checks and keep track of them | Record a payment and a receipt goes out |
| Answer "where's my money?" by text | Vendors open their own page |

## How the plans work

### The free trial

Every plan starts with 14 days free. VendorDue asks for a plan once Setup is done, or 7 days after you install, whichever comes first, so you see your own numbers before you choose. Shopify counts the trial for your store, so it does not start again if you reinstall. Uninstall before it ends and nothing is charged.

### How vendors are counted

A plan covers the vendors who are not archived, the number your Vendors page shows. Archive a vendor you no longer sell for and they stop counting; their payouts and payments stay on the record.

### When you outgrow Standard

VendorDue emails your admins and keeps recording every sale. You then have 14 days to move to Unlimited or archive vendors you no longer sell for.

After that, payouts and payments pause until the plan covers your vendors. You can still read everything, export it and message your vendors, and they keep what you published. Only landing payouts and recording or sending payments wait.

### How you are charged

VendorDue's charges appear on your Shopify bill, plus any tax. Paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve. You change plan from Settings, Billing in VendorDue or from Shopify, and Shopify charges or credits the difference for the rest of the billing period. The full terms are in section 8 of the [terms of service](https://vendordue.com/terms#billing).

### Your vendors' money

VendorDue never holds or moves money on its own. It records what each vendor earned and keeps the record; you pay vendors yourself, or press Send now to pay from your own PayPal balance. VendorDue adds no fee per payment or per vendor on either plan; PayPal's own fees are between you and PayPal.

## Pricing questions

### Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free, and nothing is charged if you uninstall before it ends.

### Which plan do I need?

Count the vendors you sell for. Up to 25, Standard. More than that, Unlimited. Both have every feature.

### Do archived vendors count?

No. A plan counts the vendors who aren't archived. Archive one you no longer sell for and their record stays.

### What if I outgrow Standard?

VendorDue keeps recording every sale, and you have 14 days to move to Unlimited or archive vendors you no longer sell for.

### Can I switch plans or pay yearly?

Yes, any time, from Settings in VendorDue or from Shopify. A year costs ten months, and Shopify charges or credits the difference.

### Do my vendors pay anything?

No. Their page, their payouts and their messages are free for them.

### What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Download a copy from Settings before you uninstall. 48 hours after you uninstall, your store's data is erased.
