# Know what every vendor is owed, and when.

> The record of what every sale earned each vendor, when it's safe to pay, and why. For consignment shops, maker markets, galleries and booth malls on Shopify.

For consignment shops, maker markets, galleries and booth malls on Shopify.

## 60/40. 70/30 over $1,000. Rent on the 1st. Paid on the 7th.

We take your terms as you already wrote them: a consignor rate, the holds a sale waits through, and a schedule.

Change a consignor rate today. Yesterday's sales keep yesterday's rate.

## Shopify knows what sold. We know who's owed.

By hand:

- Export the orders.
- Sort them by vendor.
- A formula for every deal.
- Take off the refunds.
- Check what shipped.
- Email every vendor.
- Answer why it's lower.

On the record:

- Payouts land on their day.
- Every order shows its working.
- Vendors open their own statements.

## How much? Can I pay it yet? When? Why?

### How much is owed? Every sale, split by its vendor's terms

We read every order and split it, with the working shown.

### Can I pay it yet? Every sale waits until it's safe to pay.

Each hold says why: not shipped, return window open, under your minimum, or held by you.

### When? Every payout lands on a date.

Your vendor sees the same next pay day you do.

### Why? Open any sale, months later, and see why (The exact terms used, with dates).

Its consignor rate, any refund, its payout, and the payment that covered it.

## We never move money on our own.

Pay your way: cash, check, bank transfer or PayPal. Record the payment and the payout shows it paid.

One payout detail, a PayPal or Venmo address. Never bank details.

## Vendors check their own payouts.

Each vendor sees their lines, their payments and their next pay day, the same day you see.

Switch on vendor emails and every payout and receipt reaches them, even if they never sign in.

Free for your vendors.

## Set up in four questions.

1. How often do you pay your vendors?(Shop wide, per vendor terms supported)
2. Have you already paid them for this month's sales?
3. What do most of them earn?

Your vendors come from the Vendor field on your products inside shopify

\*We read your orders, we can't change them. VendorDue is read-only.

## Two plans. Every feature in both.

- **Standard**: $19 a month, or $190 a year. Up to 25 vendors.
- **Unlimited**: $49 a month, or $490 a year. Every vendor.

- 14-day free trial.
- Billed by Shopify.
- Free for your vendors.
- Pay yearly: ten months, not twelve.
- No fee per payment.
- Uninstall before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

## Questions

### Does VendorDue pay my vendors?

No. You pay them your way and record it.

### What if a sale is refunded after its payout landed?

It comes off that vendor's next payout, as its own line. A payout never changes once it lands.

### Can my vendors see each other's sales?

No. Each vendor sees only their own.

### What does VendorDue read from my store?

Orders and products. It can't change either of them.

### What happens if I change a vendor's consignor rate?

The new rate applies from the moment you save it. Earlier sales keep the rate they were sold under.

### What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Download a copy from Settings before you uninstall. 48 hours after you uninstall, your store's data is erased.

## A note from Gautam

Shops that sell for other people run on trust. A vendor hands over their work and waits to hear what it earned.

We built VendorDue so that answer is always ready: what each vendor is owed, when it's safe to pay, and when they get paid. With a built-in messenger and automated email system to inform the vendor automatically to eliminate hassle for merchants.

If something here doesn't fit how your shop works, write to me, I might add a custom feature just for your shop!
